Tom and Liza Donnelly deal personally with every aspect of your property sale. In our initial meeting with you, we listen to understand your objectives and timescales. Following our valuation and agreement to work together, we provide practical guidance on how to present your property, and work energetically on your detailed property marketing plan, marketing activities and sales materials.
Tom Donnelly personally conducts all viewings, which we believe is the most important part of our job. Buyers often tell us that other agents conduct viewings using inexperienced people with no understanding of the property or the seller’s intentions, which leaves them feeling frustrated and underwhelmed.
In complete contrast, we allow a minimum of 30 minutes for each viewing, which gives each prospective purchaser the time to explore the features and benefits of your home, ask important questions and discuss any reservations, and whether they are surmountable.
Our job is to keep you up to date at all times at each step of the viewing, negotiation and sales process and always have a complete understanding of what you want to achieve from your sale.
