We’re based in Leeds. At Donnelly & Co we firmly believe that specialist knowledge of a specific area is vitally important, so be assured we have a thorough understanding of the Leeds property market.

Our core business areas are Horsforth, Cookridge, West Park, Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Moortown, Shadwell, Alwoodley, Kirkstall and Roundhay. We enjoy a very positive reputation, and as a result of referrals and recommendations we attract clients from much further afield, who value our distinctive approach and how we run our business.

So, we also cover West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire. In fact, we have sold homes as far as Essex, Lincolnshire and Rutland with agreed sales in a timely manner, after the local estate agents have been unsuccessful. For longer distance properties, we operate out of region on the basis that that the homeowners are comfortable doing their own viewings.

Online or high street estate agent?

We know that about 99% of house searches now begin online, rather than at the estate agent’s window display. This means that today’s buyers are far less concerned about the location of the Estate Agent’s office, and far more focused on the service they receive when they make an enquiry.

They are also very discerning about how well the agent understands the property that’s for sale, along with how well they are treated when they call with their questions.

So, as well as understanding what our sellers need, we also know what their buyers need and work tirelessly to provide a service that best represents you and home. Our sellers appreciate this, and our feedback tells us that so do our buyers.
